SNAP Benefits Return to Farmers Market
Do you have SNAP benefits? The Andover Farmers Market will match up to $25 for SNAP Customers each week. $10 becomes $20, $20 becomes $40, $25 becomes $50. For more details go to the Andover Farmers Market website or stop by the Info/SNAP tent at the market. Opening Day is Saturday June 15. It’ll be open every Saturday from 9am -1pm between June 15-Oct 12 and is located at South Church, 41 Central St.
In addition all Massachusetts SNAP customers automatically receive between $40 and $80 in the Healthy Incentive Program (HIP) each month. Shop at Farmer Dave's to take advantage of your HIP benefits. This benefit is already on your EBT card, as long as you have funds left in your monthly SNAP account. Using HIP will not take away from your SNAP benefits. HIP can confusing, so feel free to stop by the Info/SNAP tent at the market if you have any questions. The knowledgeable AFM SNAP team is happy to help.
