Thank you Evan!

We are incredibly appreciative for the dedication and hard work of our AHS Environmental Sustainability Internship Course (ESIC) intern, Evan! Throughout his internship, Evan's enthusiasm and passion for sustainability was apparent as he shared valuable insights on how everyone can contribute to creating more sustainable homes.

I learned a lot and I was able to talk to a lot of people from a lot of different backgrounds. Overall I loved the internship. I would 1000% do it again!

For his ESIC project, Evan jumped into the world of home electrification, exploring everything from heat pumps to induction stoves. He didn't stop there—he made it his mission to spread the word.

Evan crafted an engaging summary highlighting the benefits of going all-electric, showing how it leads to healthier living spaces for homeowners and renters alike, while also supporting cleaner energy for our planet. But that’s not all! He took the initiative to create and expertly moderate his very first webinar, "Saving Money and Energy at Home." This outstanding event helped community members understand their energy bills and introduced them to Andover Community Power.

Evan also represented ACT with pride at the inaugural Youth Sustainability Fair. As the sole representative, he did a fantastic job educating attendees on the importance of home electrification and the advantages of cleaner energy.

As Evan shared, “I learned a lot and I was able to talk to a lot of people from a lot of different backgrounds. Overall I loved the internship. I would 1000% do it again!”

Thank you, Evan, for your remarkable contributions and for being an inspiring part of our team!
