AHA Seeks Candidates for Open Position

The Andover Housing Authority (AHA) is currently accepting candidates to fill an open position on its Board. This is an opportunity to contribute to the mission of providing safe, sanitary, and affordable housing in Andover.

The AHA Board of commissioners includes four members elected by Town voters plus one appointed by the Governor. The members serve for a term of five years, meet on the third Wednesday of each month, and are offered a small stipend. While the Executive Director manages the day-to-day operations, the Board focuses on setting policy and ensuring fiscal oversight.

• 50 signatures are required: Nomination papers must be submitted by February 4, 2025 at 5 pm.

• Election date: March 25, 2025.

• Nomination papers: Available at the Town Clerk’s Office, 36 Bartlet Street.
