Emergency Rent and Mortgage Assistance

Community Teamwork is a regional non-profit housing agency and offers financial assistance programs for families impacted by the recent Covid-19 pandemic and state of emergency. The Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance (ERMA) and Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT) programs funded by the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development are able to provide assistance up to $10,000 of direct funding to eligible households.
